This is an interesting study pointing out again the role of albumin as a risk biomarker.

Did you adjust for inflammation biomarkers like CRP, IL-6 ... that can interfere with serum albumin level?

I think it would be interesting to include patients from Africa where most of them present baseline hypoalbuminemia on dialysis initiation.
